Peningkatan mutu pendidikan telah menjadi fokus utama dalam perkembangan sistem pendidikan modern. Salah satu pendekatan yang semakin mendapatkan perhatian adalah Servant Leadership. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi bagaimana penerapan Servant Leadership di MI Darul Hikmah Prasung Buduran Sidoarjo dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus sebagai desain penelitian. Subjek penelitian melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Servant Leadership telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap mutu pendidikan, meskipun juga dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan dalam implementasinya. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami potensi Servant Leadership dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih luas.
